LUXROBO Co., Ltd. provides warranty services as below (as notified by the Korea Fair
Trade Commission).
1. If the product malfunctions over the course of normal use within the warranty period of
6 months from the date of purchase, we will repair it free of charge.
However, consumables (and accessories) such as cables, blocks (basic, shoe, etc.), motor horns,
and screws are excluded from this warranty.
2. In addition, even if the warranty period has not expired, you may be charged for repairs in the following cases:
If the product is broken due to the user’s intent, negligence, or carelessness
(mishandling, drops, shocks, physical damage, water damage, excessive use or operation, etc.);
If the user has willfully disassembled, remodeled, modified, or otherwise operated the product
(including both software and hardware) in such a manner;
If consumables are in need of replacement because their quality has degraded through normal use;
If the product is broken due to a natural disaster;
If the product is broken due to the use of chargers or cables that do not have the recommended specifications;
If the product is broken because the user did not follow the precautions in the manual;
If the product is broken because it was used or stored in an unsuitable environment
(high temperatures or humidity);
If the product becomes broken after the warranty period;
If the product becomes broken because it was repaired by any other agency aside from one of
our customer centers;
In other cases where the user’s fault is recognized.
