PRESEASON PREPARATION (2-STROKE)
Inspect engine rubber mounts
Check exhaust system condition and check for leaks
Tighten exhaust manifold screws or n uts to specified torque
Inspect cooling system cap, hoses and clam ps and check for leaks
Check coolant density
ENGINE
Inspect crankshaft PTO seal
Inspect fuel lines and connections
FUEL
SYSTEM
Inspect throttle cable
Inspect drive belt (adjust at every drive belt replacement)
Clean and visually inspect drive pulley
Clean and inspect driven pulley
Inspect, adjust and align track
Adjust drive chain (Not for models equipped with gearbox)
Change chaincase / gearbox oil
Check brake fluid level
DRIVE
SYSTEM AND
BRAKE
Inspect brake hose, pads and disk
Inspect steering mechanism
STEERING
SYSTEM
Inspect skis an d runners
Inspect front suspension
SUSPENSION
Inspect rear suspension (includ ing stopper straps and slider shoes)
Inspect spark plugs (All exce pt E-TEC)
Charge battery (if so equipped)
ELECTRICAL
SYSTEM
Adjust headlight beam aiming
