Scan Model
1. To select a pre-stored individual number, enter
the menu mode by using the M key. Scroll
through the mode list using the < or >
key.
Press M.
turns on. Scroll through the list of
stored phone numbers using the < or >
key until the desired number is displayed. Press
M.
2. Press the PTT button; when the radio is clear to
transmit
turns on, turns off and the channel
access tone sounds. Line one shows the called
individual's name or LID. The message
*INDV*
displays on line two.
Direct Dialing of Individual Calls (System Model
only)
The following procedures describes how to
initiate and complete a direct dialed individual call.
1. If the individual call ID is not stored in the pre-
stored list of call ID's but the individual unit ID is
known, it can be entered directly from the
keypad.
Note: The ID of the last individual call made can
be recalled by pressing # then the OPTION
button.
