When in the saved call list, pressing the M key
toggles the time stamp on and off. The time stamp
indicates how long ago the call was received. When
in the pre-stored list pressing the M key toggles the
Logical IDentification (LID) on and off.
TELEPHONE INTERCONNECT CALLS
Receiving A Telephone Interconnect Call
(Trunked Mode Only)
When the radio receives a telephone interconnect
call (a call directed only to the user's radio), it
unmutes on the assigned working channel and turns
on
. The first line displays
*PHONE*. The second
line displays
*INDV*. Proceed with the call. Press
PTT to talk, release PTT to listen.
Sending A Telephone Interconnect Call (Trunked
Mode Only)
Pre-Stored Number
Use the following procedures to initiate and
complete a Telephone Interconnect call:
1. (System Model) To select a previously stored
phone number, press *.
turns on. Use the
<, > keys to scroll through the list of
stored numbers.
(Scan Model) To select a previously stored
phone number, press M. Use the <, >
keys to select the menu option "PHN CALL".
