Supplying and guiding adhesive tape
The intervention must be carried out with the machine stopped in safety condi-
tions.

Wear the suitable personal protective equipment (gloves) to avoid any cutting haz-
ard.

Lower sealing unit
1. Lift upper conveyor completely.
This operation is necessary to assist
the operations.
2. Remove lower sealing unit
3. Remove the adhesive tape from the
sealing unit.
4. Remove the cardboard core.
5. Insert new roller.
6. Apply tape stretcher A to the adhe-
sive side of the tape.
7. Guide tape stretcher until the tape
stretcher is beyond the point of tan-
gency of case inlet roller.
8. Cut the adhesive tape close to tape
stretcher A.
The part of exceeding adhesive tape
must not be lower than the ap
length.
9. Insert sealing unit into its original housing.
