timer On/Off operation
1. After unit starts, select the desired operation mode.
2. Press the TIMER ON or TIMER OFF button to change TIMER mode.
When pressing TIMER ON button, the display will show "ON 0.5".
After 10 seconds the time display will be blank.
When pressing TIMER OFF button, the display will show "OFF
0.5". After 10 seconds the time display will be blank.
Then select the desired TIMER mode, (TIMER ON or TIMER OFF or
TIMER ON-OFF). "ON" or "OFF" will flash.
3. Press TIMER ON or TIMER OFF button to set time.
Each time you press the button, the time setting will be increased
by 0.5 hours until reaching 12 hours, then each press will increase
the time by 1 hour.
4. Confirm TIMER setting. After setting the desired time press the
CONFIRM/CANCEL button to CONFIRM your selection "ON" or
"OFF" will stop flashing.
To cancel the TIMER
Press the CONFIRM/CANCEL button again. The set TIME will be de-
leted.
After replacing batteries or a power failure, the time should be re-
set.
According to the time setting sequence of TIMER ON or TIMER OFF,
either Start-Stop or Stop-Start can be achieved.
When you need rapid heating or cooling, you can use this function.
Press the TURBO pad, the remote control will show one, and then
the unit starts the TURBO function.
To turn off TURBO, press again the TURBO pad.
TURBO operation
Note: During TURBO operation, in rapid cool mode, the room could
show uneven temperature distribution.
