[STOPPING ENGINE]
IMPORTANT
・Stopping the engine before it has
sufficiently cooled down may shorten the
service life of the engine components. Do
not stop the engine suddenly except in an
emergency.
・If the engine has overheated, do not stop
the engine suddenly. Reduce the engine
speed to gradually cool it down before
stopping.
1. Release your foot from the pedal to reduce
the speed to idle, and continue operating with
no load for approximately five minutes.
2. Turn the starter switch key to the "OFF"
position.
The engine stops.
3. Remove the starter switch key.
