Make sure that the transmission is shifted to the „Neutral“
position.
X Turn the ignition key to position I.
X Wait until the “preheating” light goes out.
X Turn the ignition key to position III.
3 The motor starts.
X Release the ignition key.
3 The ignition key goes automatically back to position I.

X Make sure that the transmission is shifted to the „Neutral“
position.
X Turn the ignition key to position III.
3 The motor starts.
X As soon as the engine begins to run, release the ignition
key.
3 The ignition key goes back to position I.
0 OFF (all electrical loads are off, ignition key can be
withdrawn)
I MT ready for operation (ignition is on, auxiliary supply
is on, e.g. radio, two-way radio, etc.)
II Without special function
III Activates the starter
