“Motor oil pressure“ LED flashes Oil pressure too low X Check MT for exterior loss of oil;
have qualified technicians rectify cause
for oil loss if necessary.
X Check oil level and refill if necessary.
“Transmission oil pressure” LED flashes Oil pressure too low X Check MT for exterior loss of oil;
have qualified technicians rectify cause
for oil loss if necessary.
X Check oil level and refill if necessary.
“Air pressure” LED flashes Air pressure in reserve tank
<5.2bar
X Allow motor to run until air pressure
in reserve tank is > 5.2 bar.
X Check system for leaks;
have qualified technicians rectify cause
for pressure loss if necessary.
“On-board voltage indicator” LED flashes Charging voltage too low X Charge the battery.
“Temperature of motor coolant” LED
flashes
Liquid level too low X Check system for leaks;
have qualified technicians rectify cause
for liquid loss if necessary.
X Check liquid level and refill if
necessary.
Overheating due to working
under heavy load
X Switch transmission to “NEUTRAL”.
X Run the motor at idle speed until it drops
back to normal temperatures.
Insufficient air flow rate
through the radiator
X Clean radiator fins, see maintenance
manual.
Fan malfunctions X Have qualified technicians rectify cause.
“Temperature of transmission oil” LED
flashes
Oil level too low X Check transmission for exterior loss
of oil; have qualified technicians
rectify cause for oil loss if necessary.
X Check oil level and refill if necessary.
Overheating due to working
under heavy load
X Switch transmission to “NEUTRAL”.
X Run the motor at about 1200–1500 rpm.
The temperature should drop to normal
values within 2 to 3 minutes.
Insufficient air flow rate
through the radiator
X Clean radiator fins, see maintenance
manual.
“Transmission” warning indicator lights up Transmission fault X Have customer service repair.
