Delicates:
Delicates (i.e. bras) should be placed inside a pillow slip
with zip or buttons sealed to prevent any damage to the
washing machine.
Delicate fabrics such as laced curtains, small articles (tight
socks, handkerchiefs, ties etc.) must be put into a string
bag for washing.
Balance and Load:
Washing a single big and heavy garment such as towels,
jeans, jackets etc. may cause an unbalanced load.
Therefore, it is suggested to add one or two more clothes to
be washed together to prevent unbalance and to allow
smooth and complete draining.
Baby Articles:
Baby articles (baby clothes, towels, etc) must be washed
separately. Rinse times must also be increased to ensure
thorough rinsing and cleaning without leaving detergent
residues.
We highly recommend fabrics that are easily stained
(white socks, collars, sleeves, etc) to be hand washed
before being put into washing machine.
Use powder or liquid detergents only.
Confirm the washing capacity:
Do not overload the washing machine as it may negatively affect the washing capabilties. See below for
Maximum Load Capacities.
Water-proof materials:
We do not recommend washing water-proof fabrics as it may become damaged and/or cause damage
to the washing machine and other clothes.
