Troubleshooting Tips
Issue Possible Cause Solution
Unit will not start
Ensure the door is closed
tightly.
Check if power plug is
inserted.
Check to make sure the
electrical plug has power.
Check if water supply tap is
opened.
Check if [Power] button is
pressed.
Check if [Start/Pause] button
is pressed.
Door does not
Open
Unit's safety protection
design has been
initiated. The door lock
is engaged.
Disconnect Power.
Allow unit to cool down to safe
temperatures.
Heating fault
NTC (temperature
sensor) is damaged and
heating pipe is aging.
Can normally wash clothes
but cannot wash with heat.
Contact authorized technician.
Water leakage
Connections are not
tight.
Drain pipe is blocked.
Check and tighten all water
pipes and connections.
Clean drain pipe.
Contact authorized technician.
Water is leaking
from the bottom of
the unit.
The inlet pipe is not
connected firmly.
Outlet hose has water
leakage or hose is
connected loosely.
Fix the inlet pipe.
Replace the drain hose.
Contact authorized technician.
