PROPER CARE AND USAGE
●
Charge completely before 1st use, charge plug is
located under the carrying handle
●
Charging time is approximately 3 to 4 hours
depending on the battery temperature and use
●
To place and remove the battery; unplug the
wire from the battery, turn the key to the UN
lock position, and slide the battery on the stand
side. Place the battery back and turn the key to
the lock position making sure that the lock pin
is inserted on the mounting plate. Reconnect
the wire.
●
To start working turn the key to the ignition position
●
Charger light indicator: RED when charging / GREEN when fully charged Throttle
lights: RED power on / GREEN ok for operation / YELLOW recharge your battery
soon. The battery will cut off automatically when discharge will hit 27.6 volt
●
Store in a cool dry place, never keep your battery near a source of high temperature
or near in water.
●
When storing the battery for extended periods of time (1 month or more) fullycharge
and disconnect the charger.
●
Disconnect the battery wire from the controller when not in use.
●
Use only supplied charger or part# E-60141
● Leaving the charger plugged into the battery for extended periods of time is okay.
●
No memory effect, this battery can be recharged at any time, in fact, it’s always
better to charge fully before each use.
●
In very cold conditions (0 Celsius) the battery will have less capacity
WORKING PROCEDURE
Before starting to work with you screed, make these checkpoints:
●
Blades: Make sure there is no concrete
on the blade at the bolting points. Place
the plastic spacers between the blade
and the housing weight in the correct
position and tighten the blade at
approximately 85 lbf-ft.
