Why is my Major SWIFT MJ71-190FM leaving a streak of uncut grass?

If your Major Lawn Mower leaves a streak of uncut grass, several factors could be the cause. The blades might be dull or bent, requiring you to sharpen or replace them. The carrier RPM might be too low, so use the correct PTO speed. If the field conditions are too wet and the tractor tire is pushing grass into the mud, stop operation and wait until the grass is drier. Ground speed could be too fast, reduce ground speed by shifting to a lower gear. There might be a build-up of materials under the mower, so clean the mower. Finally, the blades might be mounted incorrectly, so change blades so that the cutting edge is facing the correct rotation.
