Why does my Major MR150 leave a streak of uncut grass?

  Streaks of uncut grass can occur for several reasons. The blades might be dull or bent, requiring replacement. The carrier RPM could be too low, so ensure you're using the correct PTO speed. If field conditions are too wet, stop mowing and wait for drier conditions. A ground speed that is too fast can also cause this, so reduce your speed by shifting to a lower gear. If the grass is down due to weather, try mowing in only one direction. Lastly, there might be a build-up of materials under the mower, so clean the mower.
