Carefully read the Operating Instructions before starting any work!
This is especially valid for the chapter on General Safety Instructions
and the safety instructions in each of the chapters.
Replace oil filter insert
1. Drain oil from oil filter bowl as described previ
ously.
2. Remove filter bowl (4) after loosening the fixing
screw (3).
3. Replace filter insert (5). Thoroughly clean all
remaining parts in cleaning fluid.
NOTE!
To prevent the sealing ring (6) from
turning, hold filter bowl (4) while
tightening the fixing screw (3).
Tightening torque 50 Nm.......................
4. Mount filter bowl (4) with new round sealing ring
(6).
5. Replace the second filter insert by analogy.
6. Reinsert drain screws/drain plugs (1) with new
sealing rings.
Tightening torque 40 Nm.......................
7. Fill with engine oil and after a short engine run
check sealing.
8. Carry out oil level checks.
