Programming and Installation Instructions
WARNING
TO REDUCE THE RISK OF SEVERE INJURY OR
DEATH TO PERSONS:
1. READ AND FOLLOW ALL INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS.
2. Locate the Keypad: (a) within sight of the door, (b) at a minimum height of 5 feet
(1.5 m) above floors, landings, steps or any other adjacent walking surface so small
children are not able to reach it, and (c) away from all moving parts of the door.
3. Activate the door ONLY when it can be seen clearly, is properly adjusted, and there
are no obstructions to the door travel.

Preparation:
1. Locate the LEARN button on the operator's On-Board Radio Receiver, refer to Figure 1 or the operator's
Installation & Instruction Manual.
2. Ensure that the Rotary Selection Switch on the operator's Electronic Control Board (ECB) is set to B2 (1),
T (4) or TS (5).

3. Undo the screw from the bottom of the case and remove the back cover from the Keypad to install the AAA
battery, refer to Figure 2.
4. Program the Keypad prior to mounting.
