Trouble shooting guide
Compressor does not run when the lever hand
control is moved to ‘up’ or CAMEL/ELK hand
control buttons are pressed.
Ensure that the ‘Auto Function’ has been
selected.
Compressor does not run when ‘up’ is
selected on the push button hand control.
Ensure that the air hose from the product being
inated is connected to the Airo.
Compressor causes electrical interference with
another piece of electrical equipment.
Move either the compressor or other item
further away from each other until the
interference stops.
Compressor keeps stopping when trying to
inate the lifting aid.
Check that there are no kinks in the air hose.
Check that the ‘Normal/High’ air ow switch is in
the ‘Normal’ position.
‘Auto’ light ashing.
This happens when the compressor’s internal
temperature cut-out has tripped. Leave the
Airo for 15 minutes to cool.
The top two lights on the Battery Gauge are
ashing.
This happens when the overload cut-out has
tripped. Press any button to reset.
Ensure that the built-in buttons have not been
locked.
Built-in buttons do not respond when pressed.
Ensure that the built-in buttons have not been
locked.
