WARNING
USE OF THE SLEWING DEVICE
MRT 1432 - 1635 lift truck is equipped
with a hydraulic slewing device able to
turn through 360° or 400°.
During the slewing action, the automatic
rear axle locking device activates after
more than a 15° turn in order to ensure
greater stability and carrying capacity.
The driver must, however, take the
utmost care and strictly comply with the
following instructions when using this
device:
- Check that the slewing lock pin is not
engaged (see points

- Comply with the curves on the load
chart diagrams
- Check that the hoods and lower part of
the door are closed.
- When the turret slews, check that it
cannot hit against obstructions in the
near vicinity.
- Never drive for long distances with or
without a load, unless the turret has
been aligned.
Road travel :
The hydraulic slewing mechanism must
be locked during road travel. The truck
is equipped with a locking device.

USE OF THE OUTRIGGERS
Lift truck MRT 1432 - 1635 has 4
outriggers with independent control able
to achieve a polygon base of 4 meter of
lenght and 3.8 of widht thus stabilizing
the truck during the work phases.

DISPOSITIF DE ROTATION
Le chariot MRT 1432 - 1635 est equipé
d'un dispositif de rotation hydraulique à
360°- 400° continu.
Pendant la rotation , pour assurer une
meilleure stabilité du chariot, lorsque l'on
dépasse 15° de rotation le dispositif
automatique de blocage de l'essieu AR
entre en fonction; le conducteur pour
l'utilisation de ce dispositif doit suivre
attentivement les consignes suivantes:
- Vérifier que l'axe de blocage de rota-
tion ne soit pas engagé (voir points

- Respecter les données indiquées sur
les courbes de charge.
- Vérifier que les capots et la porte infé-
rieure soient bien fermés.
- Vérifier que pendant la rotation,la tou-
relle ne touche pas d'obstacles dans
l'environnement.
- Ne pas faire de longs déplacements
avec ou sans charge si la tourelle n'est
pas en ligne.
Circulation routiere :
Pour la circulation routière la rotation
hydraulique doit être bloquée , le chariot
est equipé d'un dispositif de blocage.

DISPOSITION
POUR L’UTILISATION DES
STABILISATEURS
Le chariot MRT 1432-1635 est equipé
de 4 stabilisateurs à ciseaux avec com-
mandes indépendantes,ils permettent de
stabiliser la machine sur une base de
4 x 3.8 mètres de côté donnant, de cette
manière , stabilité et sécurité au chariot
pendant le travail.
ATENCION
USO DEL DISPOSITIVO DE ROTACION
El carro MRT 1432-1635 está provisto
del dispositivo de rotación hidráulica a
360°- 400° continuos.
Durante la rotación, para garantizar la
mejor estabilidad y capacidad al carro,
luego de haber superado los 15° de
rotación entra en funcionamiento el dis-
positivo automático de bloqueo del eje
posterior; a pesar de ésto, para utilizar
este dispositivo, el operador deberá
poner atención y seguir las siguientes
recomendaciones:
- Verificar que el perno de bloqueo rota-
ción no esté acoplado (ver puntos

- Atenerse a los datos indicados en los
diagramas de carga.
- Verificar que los capots y la puerta
inferior estén cerrados.
- Durante la rotación, verificar que la
torre no golpee contra eventuales
objetos.
- No efectuar largos desplazamientos
con o sin carga si la torre no está ali-
neada.
Circulacion en la calle :
Para la circulación en la calle, la rota-
ción hidráulica debe estar bloqueada; el
carro está provisto de un dispositivo de
bloqueo.

ABILIZADORES
El carro MRT 1432-1635 posee 4 esta-
bilizadores a tijeras con mando indepen-
diente, que permiten una base de
4 x 3.8 mt, dando a la máquina estabili-
dad y seguridad en el trabajo.
