Adjusting the tone and balance

Turn the SOURCE DIRECT knob of the main body and
set it to “SOURCE DIRECT OFF”.

Turn the BASS, TREBLE and BALANCE on the main
unit to adjust the tone and balance.
Playback in source direct mode
The signal does not pass through the tone adjustment circuitry (BASS,
TREBLE and BALANCE), resulting in playback of a higher sound quality.
