Marcy Weight Bench Assembly Instructions

Step 1: Base Frame Assembly

Assemble the base frame using parts 1, 2, 13, 24, 34, 36.

Step 2: Main Bench Structure

Connect main bench parts 2, 3, 4, 5, 12 to the base using hardware.

Step 3: Seat and Backrest Installation

Attach seat (10) and backrest (11) using parts 3, 8, 29, 30, 32.

Step 4: Leg Rollers and Supports

Install leg rollers (17) and support bars (7, 9) with hardware.
