Sharing System Information
Marport offices only: You need to share details about the system so that Marport can keep record
of systems installed.
Procedure
1.
Go the the DealerWeb web page: https://dealerweb.marport.fr/Default.aspx.
2.
If you do not have a page for the vessel on which the system is installed, you need to create one:
go to Customers/Vessels > Add Vessel.
3.
Click Receivers > List.
4.
From the top right corner, enter the receiver serial number in the search box, then click it from
the list.
5.
In the part SYSTEM, click Add to add information about the system you installed, for example
details about the computer used, Scala version…
6.
In the part Comments, click Edit to add any additional information (type of fishing, types of
hydrophones...).
Cloning Disks
You can clone the hard drive of the computer for future similar installations.
Once the computer is configured, you can clone its hard drive and then, install the hard drive image
on other computers of an M6 system, in order to save time for future installations. Refer to Cloning
Disks user guide for more information.
