The Ethernet cables must be connected to two specific ports on the Mx computer. Read System
Cabling on page 26 for guidelines.
No Internet Access
You cannot connect to the internet or see the system control panel page on Firefox web browser.
The order of the computer networks is wrong.
1.
From the top left corner of the screen, click Apple Menu > System Preferences > Network.

Make sure that the network called Ethernet 2 is at the top of the list, then is followed by the
network called Ethernet 1.
3.
If not, to change the order click the tooth wheel icon at the bottom of the list and select Set
Service Order.
Java error messages appear when using the system web page system
When you open the web page of the system via Mozilla Firefox web browser, you see error
messages from Java.
