Yourampcanbeusedwithanyoneofthree
dierentmainselectricitysupplysengs:110V,
220Vor230V.Youshouldsetthemains selector
inaccordancewithyourmainselectricitysupply.
Alsocheckthevalueandtypeofmains fuse
ed.
Foreachofthesengsabove,thecorrectvalue
andtypeofmainsfuseisspeciedontherear
panelofyouramp.Neveraempttobypassany
fuseortoneoftheincorrectvalueortype.
Theoutput impedance selectorshouldbeset
tothetotalimpedanceofthespeakercabinet(s)
(orload)beingused.
Ifyouhaveanydoubtregardingyourmains
electricitysupplyortheimpedanceofspeaker
cabinet(s),pleaseseekhelpfromaqualied
engineer–yourMarshalldealercanhelpyou
withthis.
Warning:yourampmustbeswitchedoand
disconnectedfromthemainselectricitysupply
beforeyou:
• changethemainsselectorforadierent
seng;and/or
• checkand/orchangeanyfuse;and/or
• changetheoutputselectorforadierent
seng.

IMPORTANT SET UP INFORMATION
1. Settheoutputimpedanceselectortothe
impedanceofthecombinedloadofthe
speakercabinet(s)youwillbeusing.
2. Connectoneortwospeakercabinetstothe
speakeroutputs.
Warning:failuretodotheabovemaydamage
youramp.Whenconnecngaspeakercabinet
makesurethatyouuseaproperspeakercable.
Neveruseascreened(shielded)guitarcablefor
thispurpose.
3. Ensurethatboththepowerswitchand
standbyswitcharesettotheoposion.
4. Connectthesuppliedmains(power)lead
intothepowerinletontherearpanelrst
andthenintoanelectricityoutlet.
5. Ensurethatanymaster,volumeand/or
outputlevelcontrolsonthefrontpanelare
settozero.
6. Plugyourguitarintooneoftheinputson
thefrontpanel.
7. Turnthepowerswitchonandwaitacouple
ofminutes.
8. Turnthestandbyswitchon.
9. Turnthevolumeuptoyourpreferredlevel
andyou’rereadytoplay.
TRANSPORTING YOUR EQUIPMENT
Pleaseensurethatyourampisswitchedo,
unpluggedfromthemainselectricitysupplyand
allremovablecableshavebeendisconnected
fromyourequipmentbeforeaempngto
moveit.
Onlymovetheamponitsown.Donotaempt
tomoveitwhileitisstackedontopofacabinet
orotherequipment.
