  If you experience a sudden drop in gas flow or reduced flame height on your Master cook Grill, here's what to do: * Check if your LP gas cylinder is empty and replace or refill it if needed. * The excess flow safety device may have been activated. Turn the control knobs to “OFF”, wait 30 seconds, and light the grill. If the flames are still too low, reset the excessive flow safety device by turning the control knobs to “OFF” and the LP gas cylinder valve to “CLOSED”. Disconnect the regulator. Turn the control knobs to “HIGH”, wait 1 minute. Then turn the control knobs to “OFF”, and reconnect the regulator and leak check the connections. Slowly turn the LP gas cylinder valve to “OPEN”, wait 30 seconds, and then light the grill per the lighting instructions.
