1.FollowthePressureReliefProcedure,page7.
Removepowerfromthemotor.Disconnectall
hoses.
2.Removethemanifoldtubing(14).
3.Usea13mmsocketwrenchtoremovethe12
screws(9)fromthediaphragmcovers(8),then
pullthecoversoffofthepump.
4.Toremovethediaphragms,thepistonmustbe
movedfullytothesidetowardthediaphragmto
beremoved.Ifthepumpisnotattachedtothe
motor,turntheshaftbyhandtomovethepiston.
Ifthepumpisstillattachedtothemotor,loosen
thescrewsandremovethemotorfancover.
Turnthefanbyhandinonedirectiontorotatethe
shafttoshiftthepistontooneside.
5.Holda28mmwrenchonthewrench󰘱atsofthe
exposedpistonshaft.Useanotherwrench(10
mmhexkey)ontheshaftbolttoremoveit.Then
removeallpartsofthediaphragmassembly.
6.Rotatethedriveshafttomovethepistonfullyto
theoppositeside,asdescribedinstep4.Then
removetheotherdiaphragm.assembly.
