      If your Masterbuilt Smoker is taking longer than 60-70 minutes to heat up, avoid using an extension cord by setting up the smoker so you don't need one. Make sure the door is properly closed and the latch is securely fastened. If the issue persists, the controller might be malfunctioning, and you should contact Masterbuilt.

      If grease is leaking from your Masterbuilt Smoker through the door and legs, ensure the drip pan is correctly positioned so the hole lines up with the drain hole at the bottom of the smoker. Also, clean the smoker to remove any excess grease or oil buildup. Check the drain tube at the back of the smoker to ensure it is not blocked and is draining properly.
