ten (10) years from the date of the original
retail purchase of the boat by the original
retail purchaser. In order to effectuate the
transfer of any remaining warranty under
the Limited Warranty by the original retail
purchaser to the second owner, the original
owner and/or the second owner must de-
liver each of the following to MasterCraft
within fourteen (14) days of the date of the
sale by the original retail purchaser to the
second owner (and within ve [5] years of
the date of the original retail purchase of
the boat with respect to the transfer of the
warranty on the Structural Components):
(1) The completed form below.
(2) A copy of the sales agreement/in-
voice.
(3) Payment of $800.
Upon verication of the submitted doc-
umentation, any remaining warranty cov-
erage under the Limited Warranty will be
transferred to the second owner, with all
warranty coverage periods running from
the applicable date described in Section 2.5
of the Limited Warranty for the beginning
of the warranty period.
