Schedule Maintenance
Once a month Door balance test, refer to page 3.
Twice a year Safety reversal test, refer to page 20.
Once a year Belt (refer to page 8 for adjustment if necessary).
• Limit and Force adjustment may be necessary due to
weather conditions. Refer to pages 17-19 for adjustment.
• Lubricate door rollers, bearings and hinges. The opener
is permanently lubricated, DO NOT lubricate or grease
the opener, rail or door tracks.
