If your McElroy Tablet is frozen and unresponsive, try these steps: First, hold the power key down for 2 to 3 seconds to see if the menu with the 'Power off' option appears, then select that operation. If that doesn't work, hold the power key down for 10 seconds to initiate a hardware shut off. Then, press the power key again to power it back on.
