What to do if Mec Lifting Systems machine functions will not operate?

If the Mec Lifting Systems machine functions are not operating, consider the following checks: * Is the master disconnect turned on? * Is the battery properly connected? * Is the battery fully charged? * Has a circuit breaker tripped? * Are the function toggle switch or the enable switch activated? * Is the selector key switch in the proper position? * Have both emergency stop switches been reset? * Is the hydraulic fluid level low? * Is there an obvious fluid leak or damaged component? * Are there any disconnected, broken, or loose wires? * Is the motor control processor diagnostic LED off? It should be on. If it is not on or flashing, refer to the Service Manual or contact MEC Technical Support.
