7. Retrieval of the Internal Time
If you wish to check the time of the internal clock in the Apgar
Timer proceed as follows:
If the Apgar Timer is running (Retrieval of the internal time is not
available for the first ten minutes after the Apgar Timer is
switched on.)
– Push the birth retrieval button twice. The Apgar Timer will
return automatically to the timer after three seconds.
If the Apgar Timer is not running
– Push the birth retrieval button twice. Push the Start/Stop
button to end showing the internal time.
8. Adjusting the time
The time of the internal clock can be set as follows:
1. Start with the Apgar Timer switched off.
2. Push the birth time and Start/Stop button simultaneously.
A black dot will appear behind the first digit.
3. Push the birth time retrieval button until the correct number
appears in the first digit.
4. Push the Start/Stop button, the back dot will jump to the
second digit. Again push the birth time retrieval button until
correct number appears in the second digit.
5. Follow the same steps to correct the third and fourth digit.
6. Leave the time adjusting mode by pushing the Start/Stop
button. This will automatically save any changes done to the
internal time.
