  If the front panel of your Medisafe Medical Equipment isn't displaying anything, first, ensure the unit is properly connected to a working power outlet. Next, inspect the fuses located at the rear of the unit to see if they are intact. For continued safe operation, always replace fuses with the same type and rating.   If your Medisafe Medical Equipment is showing “LU” in temp mode and fails to operate, make sure the lid is completely closed and that the instruments inside aren't preventing it from doing so. Also, check that the magnet is in place on the top left of the lid, under the seal.

  If your Medisafe Medical Equipment is experiencing reduced performance, verify that you are using a genuine Medisafe basket and that the basket feet are correctly positioned, making contact with the bottom of the tank. If it's the first cycle, run a 15-minute “de-gas” cycle. Also, confirm that you're using genuine Medisafe 3E-zyme (non-foam) wash chemical, and ensure instruments are not excessively soiled and are cleaned within 2 hours of use.
