How to fix a Medisoft 870A that won't turn on?

  If your Medisoft Treadmill won't switch on, first ensure the power cable is securely connected to a power source. Check if the red stop switch is activated and, if so, deactivate it by turning it clockwise. Test the mains power with another appliance to rule out a power failure. Inspect the power cable for any damage, and if found, repair or replace it. If the fuses are blown, replace them. Also, verify the connection between the control panel and the motor space. If none of these steps work, there may be an electronic fault in the control panel, and you should contact Medisoft RAM Italia service.

  If your Medisoft Treadmill is making unexpected noises, it might not be placed on a suitable surface; try moving it to a more appropriate position. If the noise persists, it could indicate damage to the static converter, motor, gear motor, roller bearings, or drive belt bearings. In any of these cases, contact Medisoft RAM Italia service for assistance.
