NNUAL PM INSTRUCTIONS
PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE KIT
Disinfectant Pump Replacement
Full Pumps are only replaced during the PM. Pump heads are no longer replaced individually.
Replace the pump while the A or B side are removed and laying on a table or workspace.

 Large Phillips screw driver
 John Guest tool
Procedure for Side A and B
 Disconnected the electrical connection to the motor.
 Disconnect the hoses from the top and bottom of the pump using a John Guest Tool or other means. Have a rag or
small container ready to capture liquid from hoses and pump head.
 Remove the heat sink from the pump motor by pulling it away from the pump. The heat sink is held on by spring
tension.
 With a Phillips screw driver, remove the four mounting screws that retain the pump. Save the mounting screws and
discard the old pump.
 Mount new pump, using the saved mounting screws.
 Reconnect the top and bottom hose. Make sure the hose is pressed in as far as possible in the fitting.
 Reconnect the electrical connection.
