NNUAL PM INSTRUCTIONS
PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE KIT
Disinfectant Pump Replacement
Full Pumps are only replaced during the PM. Pump heads are no longer replaced individually.
Replace the pump while the A or B side are removed and laying on a table or workspace.

John Guest tool
Procedure for Side A and B
Disconnected the electrical connection to the motor.
Disconnect the hoses from the top and bottom of the pump using a John Guest Tool or other means. Have a rag or
small container ready to capture liquid from hoses and pump head.
Remove the heat sink from the pump motor by pulling it away from the pump. The heat sink is held on by spring
tension.
With a Phillips screw driver, remove the four mounting screws that retain the pump. Save the mounting screws and
discard the old pump.
Mount new pump, using the saved mounting screws.
Reconnect the top and bottom hose. Make sure the hose is pressed in as far as possible in the fitting.
Reconnect the electrical connection.
