• Do not screw in the dipstick when
checking the level – just insert it up to
the thread.
• Change the engine oil after the rst
5 hours of operation.
Filling engine oil
1. Place the lawn mower on a level surface
with the engine switched o.
2. Unscrew the oil ller plug and wipe the
dipstick.

3. Replace the ller plug with the dipstick,
without screwing it in.
4. Remove the dipstick again and check the
oil level. The oil level should be between
the Max and Min marks.
5. Top up with oil if the oil level is near or
below the Min mark on the dipstick.
6. Top up to the Max mark on the dipstick.
Do not overll. Wipe o any spilled fuel.
7. Replace the oil ller plug.
Changing the engine oil
NOTE:
• The oil should be at room temperature
when changing.
• Change the oil when the engine is
warm.
1. Undo the oil ller plug.
2. Use and oil change pump and suck up the
old oil from the oil tank.
3. Rell with new oil with the help of a
funnel to the Max mark on the dipstick.
Do not overll. Wipe o any spilled fuel.
4. Screw in the oil ller plug.
5. Hold the starter handle and carefully pull
out the starter cord so that the handle
just goes past the guide. Hook the starter
handle in the guide.

GRASS CATCHER
1. Lift up the ejector ap with one hand and
hook on the grass catcher.
2. Release the ejector ap to lock the grass
catcher in place.

ADJUSTING THE MOWING HEIGHT
WARNING!
1. Pull the lever to adjust the mowing height
out and move it the position for the
required mowing height.
2. Release the lever to hook it in the required
position.

USE
WARNING!
Always remove the cap from the spark plug,
switch o the lawn mower, and wait until
all moving parts have completely stopped
before carrying out any maintenance and/or
cleaning.
ENGINE OIL
NOTE:
• The engine is supplied without oil and
fuel. Always ll up with fuel and engine
oil before using for the rst time.
• Do not run the engine without enough
oil – risk of serious engine damage.
• Do not carry out any adjustments while
the lawn mower is running.
• Use good grade of 4-stroke engine oil.
