please read through these instructions
carefully before using it for the first time. Take
particular note of the safety precautions. We
also recommend that you keep the instructions
for future reference, so that you can remind
yourself of the functions of your appliance.
GENERAL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

use the appliance, unless supervised or
instructed by a person responsible for their

• Keeptheapplianceunderconstant
supervision while in use. Keep an eye on
any children in the vicinity of the appliance
when it is in use. The appliance is not a toy.

personal injury and damage the appliance.
• Useforitsintendedpurposeonly.The
manufacturer is not responsible for any
injury or damage resulting from incorrect
use or handling (see also Guarantee
Terms).
• Fordomesticuseonly.Notforoutdooror
commercial use.
• Removeallpackagingandtransport
materials from the inside and outside of the
appliance.
• Checkthattheappliancehasnovisible
damage and that no parts are missing.
• Donotusewithothercordsthanthat
supplied.
• Checkthatitisnotpossibletopullortrip
over the cord or any extension cord.
• Turnofftheapplianceandremovetheplug
from the socket before cleaning, or when
the appliance is not in use.
• Avoidpullingthecordwhenremovingthe
plug from the socket. Instead, hold the
plug.
• Keepthecordandapplianceawayfrom
heat sources, hot objects and naked
flames.
• Ensurethatthecordisfullyextended.
• Thecordmustnotbetwistedorwound
around the appliance.
• Checkregularlythatneitherthecordnor
plug is damaged and do not use if there is
any damage, or if it has been dropped on
the floor, dropped in water or damaged in
any other way.
• Iftheappliance,cordorplughasbeen
damaged, have the appliance inspected
and if necessary repaired by an authorised
repairer.
• Connectto230V,50Hzonly.The
guarantee is not valid if the appliance is
connected to incorrect voltage.
• Nevertrytorepairtheapplianceyourself.
Please contact the store where you bought
the appliance for repairs under guarantee.
• Unauthorisedrepairsormodificationswill
invalidate the guarantee.
• Alwaysfollowtheinstructionsinthe“Tips
for food preparation” and “Using utensils
when preparing food” sections.
• Donotswitchonwhenempty.Tobeable
to absorb microwaves, there must be
something in the appliance (food) to avoid
damage.
• Ifyouwouldliketopractiseusingthe
various functions, place a cup of water
inside the oven.
• Donotusetheapplianceiftheturntable
ring and glass tray are not installed.
• Nevercookfooddirectlyontheglass
turntable; always use a suitable container.
• Ontheright-handsideoftheoven
compartment there is a mica plate
(resembles cardboard); this must not be
removed.
