Usage Features:

The product comes with a Limited Manufacturer's 5 Years Warranty for residential use.

• General Residential Warranty: 5 years from the purchase date for the original purchaser. Covers structural frame failure during normal usage (excluding damage from dropping/breaking cast parts other than welds). Covers finish peeling, cracking, or blistering within 1 year. Manufacturer's discretion for repair, refinish, or replacement (with same or similar product if discontinued). Parts and labor are included. Color match for replacement items may not be exact due to hand-applied finishes.
• Frames: Warranted for 5 years against defects in materials and workmanship. Excludes damage from improper assembly, exposure to water/sub-freezing temperatures, dropping, Acts of God, or acts of war.
• Finish: Warranted for 1 year against peeling, cracking, or blistering, provided the product has not been scratched or abraded. Excludes scratches, chips from normal wear and tear, fading from element exposure, and stains from chemical spills/food items.
• Fabric (if applicable): Warranted for 1 year against seams separating or tearing. Excludes fading or discoloration from element exposure, chemicals, spills, or mildew.

• Freight: Shipping and handling charges are the claimant's responsibility. Shipping is limited to the North American continent.
• Warranty Exclusions (General): Failure due to unreasonable or abusive use; clearance, display, or "as is" items; freight damage; damage from acts of nature, vandalism, fire, abuse, lack of proper care/maintenance, or improper assembly; straps/fabric fading/discoloration from elements, oils, spills, fluids, chemicals; table top breakage; hardware corrosion/rusting; bucking/splitting of tubing from water/freezing; glass table tops; purchased/replacement plastics. Also excludes loss of use, time, inconvenience, money, travel, packaging, or other consequential/incidental damages. • Claim Process: Warranty is for the original purchaser from authorized retailers and is non-transferable. All claims require a dated register receipt within the warranty period. If a warranted item is unavailable, Foremost Groups, Inc. reserves the right to substitute a similar item in style, color, and quality. Warranty terms are subject to change without notice.
