  If the Member's Mark Griddle burner won't light, even with a match, several issues could be at play. First, the burners might not be correctly seated over the valve orifices, preventing gas from entering the burner tube safely; ensure they are properly seated on the valves. Second, there might not be a secure connection between the regulator and the propane tank; check all connections to ensure a proper seal. Lastly, the propane tank may be low or empty; try changing the propane tank.

  If the burner on your Member's Mark Griddle lights with a match but not on its own, it could be due to several reasons. The electrode might be misaligned; it should be positioned 1/8" to 1/4" away from the burner tube. Alternatively, the electrode ceramic piece might be damaged, requiring a replacement.
