How to fix my Member's Mark Griddle top that is rusting?
    • P
      parkamySep 4, 2025
The griddle top is made of steel and will RUST when seasoning has worn off, has not been applied, or when the griddle has been stored for long periods. Follow the “Seasoning and Griddle Care” instructions in this manual, to remove rust and re-season the griddle.

      Larry KellySep 18, 2025

    • T
      Tracy EvansSep 16, 2025

Why is my Member's Mark G70301 Griddle gas supply hose melting?
    • J
      Jamie TorresSep 13, 2025
Your griddle’s gas supply hose and regulator contains a thermal element that will shut off the flow of gas between 240°F and 300 °F, by melting the supply hose and essentially disconnecting from the LP cylinder. Poor ventilation caused by in-appropriate clearance at the sides and rear of the griddle. Overheating caused by high cooking temperatures and grease fire.

What to do if my Member's Mark G70301 Griddle has a fire within the cabinet?
    • J
      Joanne FullerSep 12, 2025
A fire within the cabinet of your Member's Mark Griddle could be due to a gas leak between the tank and the regulator. Leak tests must be performed every time a tank is refilled. Another potential cause is leaving the gas tank and control knobs on while the griddle is not in use.

    • N
      Nathaniel RodriguezSep 9, 2025

Why is my Member's Mark G70301 surface warped?
    • A
      Andrew MathisSep 7, 2025
Small variations in manufacturing and raw materials can cause some griddles to be slightly warped. Always use all available burners. Preheat at lower temperatures and for a shorter period. Don't overheat. Using pots or pans on the Griddle can act like a heat sink pulling tremendous amount of heat from the Griddle and possibly warping the steel temporarily. Avoid wild temperature differences.

    • A
      Anthony KempSep 6, 2025

How to fix Member's Mark Griddle burners that will not light?
    • C
      Crystal WattsAug 21, 2025
If the burners on your Member's Mark Griddle won't light, several factors could be at play. Ensure a solid connection exists between the tank and regulator, and verify that you have sufficient propane. Also, check that the gas supply valve is open and that the burners are correctly positioned over the valve orifices. Another possibility is that the flow limiting device in the regulator might have been activated; in this case, refer to the section on resetting the regulator flow limiting device.
