TROUBLESHOOTING
PROBLEM POSSIBLE CAUSE ACTION
The vacuum cleaner
suddenly stops when in use
and the blue LED is constant.
The vacuum cleaner is hanging
on an edge (step sensor detects
fall risk, or also one of the
wheels is not in contact with the
oor).
Put the vacuum cleaner back on
the oor and restart it.
Put the vacuum cleaner
on the oor, set the power
switch in the ON position,
press the button
, the
blue LED is constant (the
vacuum cleaner is not
connected to the charging
station or the adapter).
Fault on step sensor or fault
with wheel not in contact with
the oor.
Clean the step sensor, and
contact an authorised service
centre if it is not reset.
The vacuum cleaner does
not change direction when it
meets an obstacle.
Fault on bumper sensor. Check the sensitivity of the
bumper sensor and if any
foreign object has fastened to it.
The red LED ashes rapidly
during charging and an
audio prompt is given.
The power switch on the
vacuum cleaner is not in the ON
position.
Press the power switch.
The red LED is ashing rapidly. The battery voltage is too low. Charge the vacuum cleaner.
The blue LED ashes once,
the red LED ashes once.
The side brush on the vacuum
cleaner has become entangled
or stuck.
Move the vacuum cleaner and
untangle.
The blue LED ashes once,
the red LED ashes twice.
The bumper on the main unit is
not exible.
Undo the bottom screws on the
bumper.
The blue LED ashes once,
the red LED ashes three
times.
The wheels are blocked. Remove the blockage.
