This warranty only covers correct use of the power tool as is intended. The warranty excludes in particular:
s Parts subject to operational wear
s Defects resulting from improper use or disregard for operating instructions.
s Power tools that have been dismantled
s Damage caused by overloading the power tool

s Damage which is caused by the power tool
s Damage caused by the use of excessive or inappropriate force

Warranty repairs may only be carried out at MENZER service workshops.
Your statutory and/or other agreed rights are unaffected by the granting of this warranty.
