Switch
The switch is used to select the oven operating mode. The oven light will come on
with the switch set to any position (except 0).
Functions selected via the switch
Upper resistance + lower resistance
In this position heating comes both from above (top) and below
(bottom). This is the traditional cooking function. .
Lower resistance
Switch-on of lower (bottom) resistance. In this position the heat comes
from below. Ideal for finishing cooking of food cooked on the top but
not completely cooked on the bottom.
Upper resistance + lower resistance and fan
Operation of the fan, combined with the upper and lower resistances
ensures uniform cooking of food without having to turn it. This function
is recommended for bringing the oven quickly to the required
temperature.
Semi forced air convection with lower element
The thermostat has to be set to the desired temperature. It is not
recommended that you have to pre-heat the oven.
Recommended use: for warming or very slow cooking of food.
Fan grill
Both the grill and the fan come on. Most of the cooking is done by grilling
and the hot hair is circulated around the oven. The oven door should be
kept closed. Please preheat the oven for approximately 5 minutes before
using.
