The display is activated when you:
! turnthe key to position 2
! switch the battery master switch on
Youcan adjust the instrument lighting us-
ingbuttons 3 and 4 ,located at the bot-
tom of the instrument cluster.
The switch lighting on the centre console is
also adjusted when theexteriorlighting is
switched on.
6 Make sure that the ignition, side lamps,
dipped-beamheadlampsormain-beam
headlamps are switched on.
6 Brighter: press button 3 .
6 Darker: press button 4 .

mediately which has the necessary special-
ist knowledge and tools to carryout the
workrequired.

Mercedes-Benz Service Centre for thispur-
pose. In particular, work relevant to safety
or on safety-relatedsystemsmustbecar-
riedout at aqualified specialist workshop.
