Inspect the circuit breaker or fuse and reset or replace if necessary. Examine all electrical connections and wires, paying special attention to the battery cables; clean and tighten any faulty connections. Test the battery and starter, replacing them if defective. Confirm if the flywheel ring gear is damaged and replace the flywheel if needed. Check if the engine can be rotated by hand with the spark plugs removed; if not, determine the cause. Finally, test the ignition switch.

If these steps don't resolve the issue, look for a faulty fuel pump, wiring, fuel pump fuse, the 50-amp circuit breaker, or the fuel pump relay, and replace any faulty components. Also, service the ignition system and reset the lanyard stop if it's activated. Replace obstructed fuel filters. If the fuel is stale or contaminated, drain the tank and fill it with fresh fuel.
