This declaration of conformity is issued under the sole responsibility of the
manufacturer. I declare on behalf of the engine manufacturer that the engines
will meet the exhaust requirements of Directive 94/25/EC as amended by
Directive 2003/44/EC when installed in a recreational craft, in accordance
with the engine manufacturer's supplied instructions and that these engines
must not be put into service until the recreational craft into which they are to
be installed has been declared to be in conformity with the relevant provisions
of the above mentioned directives.
