Identification
Serial numbers are the manufacture's key to numerous engineering details which apply to your MerCruiser power package.
When contacting MerCruiser about service, always specify the engine model and serial number.
Information Decal
The information decal is located on the top of the engine coolant reservoir.

Serial Number Decal Strips
There are three engine serial number decal strips provided with each power package. Affix one of each to the following:
• Engine information decal
• Warranty registration card
