Step 7: Release the Quick Clamps on the Tiller and extend the Tiller to an
adequate operating position.
Step 8: Pull the handle on the top of the gas spring which is behind the
Tiller with one hand. Hold and move the Tiller with the other hand
to adjust the Tiller to a best operating angle.
