Merlin Overdrive - Important Notice Regarding Warranty Service; Warranty Service Conditions

IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING WARRANTY SERVICE OF
MERLIN OVERDRIVE™ (MRC950BBU)
Any warranty service required for the Merlin OVERDRIVE™
(MRC950BBU) within metro areas (excluding Adelaide,
Hobart & Darwin) in Australia installed with a maximum door
height of 3.5m or below will follow the existing Chamberlain
Limited Warranty process.
Warranty service required for the Merlin OVERDRIVE™
(MRC950BBU) installed in an application with a door height
exceeding 3.5m will be subject to these conditions:
• The respective dealer or installer of this product MUST be
in attendance on site with an authorised Chamberlain
Limited Field Service Technician
• The dealer or installer must provide suitable lifting
equipment if the unit needs to be removed from the Door
Please note that any warranty service required for the Merlin
OVERDRIVE™ (MRC950BBU) outside of the major metro
areas and including Adelaide, Hobart or Darwin will be
treated as a Chamberlain Limited back to base warranty
service.
