DESCRIPTION
The PLASMA30 is an efficient method of cutting metal. Its working principle is to use
compressed air as the ionization medium and forms a high-density plasma arc heat source
by the torch nozzle's compression effect, which as a result melts the metal. The melted
metal will be blown off by the high speed air flow and at the same time to forms a narrow
cutting slot, thus the metal can be cut very rapidly.
This cutting equipment has good features such as easy operation, energy saving, high
speed cutting, narrow cutting slot, and low deformation of work pieces. It is suitable for
almost all metal plate and pipe materials, including mild steel, stainless steel, aluminum,
copper, titanium, nickel alloy, cast iron etc. It is widely used in many industries such as
ship building, motor manufacturing, metal structures, boiler making, pressure vessel and
pipe making, medical appliance and machinery manufacture etc.
