Position two ¼” flat blade screwdrivers inside of the access holes and "pinch to rotate" the
hydraulic cylinder extender (20) so that each of the two set screw holes (24) can be
accessed by the access holes. Both screwdrivers must pinch simultaneously else the
extender will not rotate. Refer to Figure 4.2. If the cylinder extender does not rotate, it
may be necessary to retract the hydraulic cylinder piston about 1/8” so that it is not
bottomed out.
